Welcome to our Wedding Website! We have decided to go ahead with our wedding as planned unless the ongoing pandemic makes it unsafe to do so. We hope that all of you can join us in Lake Garda on the 25th of June 2021. However, we understand that this is a difficult time for everyone so please don't feel pressured to attend if you are not comfortable travelling. For those who will be attending, this website provides information about flights, accommodation, etc.

Date: Friday 25th June 2021
Venue: Tenuta Cipressi e Olivi commencing 5pm.

We will be providing transport on the day of the wedding with pick-up from Garda. Further details will follow closer to the date.
The wedding party/wedding events will be based in the town of Garda. Please check that your hotel is in Garda Town because there are many hotels with similar names in other villages that are not close by.

Airports:
Italian Airports which serve the Lake Garda region are as follows: Verona, Milan Bergamo, Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, Venice Marco Polo and Venice Treviso.

Irish Airports:
From Dublin - Aer Lingus to Verona or Ryanair to Verona and Milan Bergamo
From Cork - Ryanair to Milan Bergamo
From Belfast: - Ryanair to Milan Bergamo or Jet2 to Verona
From Knock - Ryanair to Milan Bergamo

UK Airports:
From London - British Airways, Jet2, Easyjet or Ryanair to Verona
From Manchester - Jet2 to Verona or Ryanair to Milan Bergamo
From Southampton - Flybe to Verona

Whilst we are happy to assist, guests must check and be responsible for their own flight and transfer arrangements.

There are a variety of transport options available when travelling from any airport to the Lake.

Transfer:
Airport transfers can be arranged via private taxi or private coach. Price will depend on numbers and will be quoted by journey and per person. This service must be pre booked 10 days in advance and is non refundable once confirmed. Children/babies require car seats and are priced the same as adults.

If you would like to arrange an airport transfer please inform Gary & Marie of your airport and flight details so we can try to coordinate this service with other guests who may be on the same flight. Prices will be confirmed in advance of each transfer and will depend on the airport distance and numbers. Prices are per transfer. Transfers will be by way of taxi/coaches depending on numbers and will be private transfers. Once a transfer has been booked it must be paid for should you cancel for any reason as the cost is based on minimum numbers per transfer.

Car hire: You can hire a car and travel the main Autostrade, bringing a Sat Nav is highly recommended. Please note, it is preferable to book using a credit card, as not all car hire companies accept debit cards.

Public Transport:
You can travel by public transport from all airports. From Milan Bergamo you can take an airport coach to the nearby main train station and from there a train to Peschiera del Garda which is the bottom of the lake. There is a taxi rank at the train station for onward journey to your hotel. You can take a public bus from Verona airport to Garda town center. You can take a taxi from the airport, a luxury option and can be expensive. We suggest that you agree a price in advance of any journey with taxi drivers engaged at airports.
 

Activities:
We are happy to suggest activities that you might enjoy whilst staying in Lake Garda. Some popular examples are visits to Venice, Verona, Milan, Dolmites, Lake Cruise, Wine & Cookery tours, Golf, Theme parks Gardaland, Sea Life, Canevaworld, Canyoning and Water sports, to name but a few.
Hair Service: It is possible to book hair appointments for female guests for the morning of the wedding appointment times apply as does normal list prices. 
Market: Every Friday from 8am to 1pm in Garda Town, every Monday in Torri del Benaco.
Bike hire: Bikes can be hired from various locations around the lake. Getting around Lake Garda and the surrounding area: Public ferry service to towns around Lake Garda departs from Pier in Garda at regular intervals, Public Bus: bus stop located in main street regular service to Verona and Peschiera Private boat, car hire and bike hire from various locations around the Lake.
